Standard Service Agreement

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

1. Right to Market & License Grant

RomanoOutdoors (the “Contractor”) retains the right to take photographs and video recordings of the project site before, during, and after construction. By signing this Agreement, the Client grants the Contractor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use these images for marketing, social media, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

2. Privacy and Security Protections

Contractor agrees to protect the Client’s privacy and security by adhering to the following redaction standards before any media is published:

  • Identification: No street numbers or full names will be disclosed.
  • Digital Editing: Contractor will blur or crop house numbers, vehicle license plates, and any identifiable neighbors or family members.
  • Security Redaction: Specific locations of security cameras, alarm keypads, or proprietary home-defense hardware will be omitted or obscured to maintain the safety of the premises.
  • Interior Privacy: Any views into the interior of the home (visible through windows or sliding doors) will be obscured to protect personal property and family privacy.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Contractor-Generated Content: All media captured by RomanoOutdoors staff remains the sole property of the Contractor.
  • Third-Party Media: If a professional photographer is engaged, the Contractor will maintain "Work Made for Hire" or "Transfer of Copyright" agreements to ensure full commercial rights.
  • No Approval Rights: Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished marketing materials or the specific "copy" (text) used in connection with the images.

4. Social Media and Communication Policy

To maintain professional boundaries and ensure data security, RomanoOutdoors adheres to the following:

  • Anonymity Policy: Contractor will not "tag" the Client’s personal social media profiles or disclose the Client’s digital identity without express written consent.

• • Communication Hub: For the protection of all project documentation, Client acknowledges that all inquiries, service requests, and official project communications are handled primarily through the RomanoOutdoors official website and authorized social media channels. This creates a secure, time-stamped record of all project-related inquiries.
